The Matawii Building, located in the Regions & Continents:Makasing:The Free Lands:Cahokia:Mataawi district of Regions & Continents:Makasing:The Free Lands:Cahokia, was built as a seven-story glass structure, known for its transparent design and unique architectural features. The bottom four floors are open office spaces with glass walls, providing an almost fully visible interior, while a ten-foot-wide glass cylinder spans from the roof to the ground, capturing light in a way that softly illuminates the building. Within this cylinder, a three-story stained glass sculpture of the Three Sisters adds cultural significance, while rain on the glass creates a low, ethereal hum. The top three floors, accessible by a private lift, house council members’ apartments.
After partial destruction during The Rock Breaker Plot, a new building was constructed around the damaged structure, preserving it as a historical symbol. Around the building, thirty-foot kinetic sculptures drift in the wind, and a winding path through tall grass leads up to the entrance.
