Napaya
Napaya is a city located in the north of The Free Lands in Awe Puawi. Nipaya was able to use the geothermal activity in the area to generate large amounts of power to develop their community while few cities actually grew. The city started off spread out as nomads, so as the infrastructure developed, it remained decentralized. As it got bigger the decentralized ideology remained, adding an extra layer of resilience. They formed a voluntary network that allowed them to create a responsive grid to provide power to people when their own infrastructure was failing.
The central part of the city is set up in a fractal pattern starting from the house shape, to the neighborhood to the city. Looks dope from above, with a large thick tree called Thithiki at the center.
Most people of Napaya live in traditional long houses with their extended family, though people are free to stay wherever they are welcome. Most of the people who have moved to Napaya live in the residences outside of the main city.
Napaya is controlled by two main families. The Endachi and the Chachi.

Phat Walrus Timeline
Whith the city's ability to weather the 720 Nibaathanka, it has become a political flashpoint. The Ami Art Collective has set up a deep cultural influance in the city, while political discidents flee from Dine Republic through Napaya to Cahokia, chased by agents of Dine and Hozho missionaries.
