Histroy
Noosoo is a 59 year old man born on the 30th of Minwich, 651 in Cahokia to Dinchin and Gichiganoonoo. The late 600's were a time of peace and growth, but life was still hard while the weather was harsh.
At the age of 19, Noosoo's parent's were killed in a fire started by a black market criminal trying to take out the competition that got out of control. Seeing the effort and deddication that the Suyata put towards finding the murderer and restoring justice, Noosoo chose to become one.
During the Dancing Bear Festical in 672, Noosoo met Mana, a girl who had travelled from her village looking to find a partner who she could join in the city to learn at the Nootsoo Wanka Hapika. Four years later they had their first of twelve children, Gamoo Naadag was born.
Noosoo was assigned a mission in 680 with a crew he had never worked with. They were going to a cillage in the far north to investigate taled of monsters dragging people into the woods. After discovering the beast to be a massive Adanadi touched grizzly bear, they manages to kill it. That night while celebrating, one of the crew, Pohika, tried to sexually assault a local. Noosoo stepped in, fighting Pohika, but was beaten back by the rest of the crew. Fortunately, the girl was able to get away.
After returning to Cahokia, Noosoo attempted to take his complaint to higher ups in the Suyata. He was told that they would look into it, but nothing came of it. Noosoo pushed back at them, but was harrased, his daso pressence was cencered and he was falsly detained. Confused by this reaction, Noosoo dug deaper and found that the rapist was the nephew of Coincilor Hanoo who was putting pressure on the Suyata officials not to do anything.
With the help of Mana and a friend named Sokati, Noosoo built his own Daso network baloon that he flew over his house. He shared what he'd found out about Councilor Hanoo. His daso got a lot of attention and the backlash against the councilor was swift and unforgiving, leading to the councilor to resign and for him and Pohika to be exhiled. Several mid level Suyata were also punished.
This report rocketed Noosoo into the public consciousness. With Mana and Sokati's support, and the support of the community, Noosoo starts running the daso as his full time job, using his scout skills to uncover scandals in the city and beyond.
For another high profile example, he revealed that Coincilor Kiyankahip was taking bribes for building subsidies. Noosoo is also certain that Councilor Wan Tho is having an affair, but doesn't have the proof.
In 604 while undercover investigating a ring of beurocrats working with black market venders to launder their money, Noosoo was stabbed, but managed to escape. Not wanting to blow his cover completely, he stumbled to a healer in Papanshin, a young boy, who got him healed up enough to get back to work after a few days. This experiance lead him to retire from the investigative part of the work, and take a less risky roll.
His oldest son Gamoo, a whisperer, left in 708 to learn the stories of a village in the far north that was turning into a ghost town. He wanted to remember the city before it was too late, but the weather turned bad and he hasn't been heard from since. Everyone except Cloowa Yawpon who insists he's still alive.
On the twelfth of Taha, 710, a tunnel collapsed in front of his home, revealing an underground chamber where his daughter, Ahana, and a young man were listening to a talk by the shaman Awaholi.
Noosoo took an immediate liking to Chani, as did Ahana. They bonded over an incredible meal and it came to light that Chani was the boy who saved his life.
Later that night, while tripping on mushrooms, Noosoo walked The Black travelling through the ground and tasting everyone's food. One flavor stood out, but Noosoo doesn't recognize it. The next morning, Noosoo prepares another amaing meal from the flavores he experianced.

Interior
The underground rooms are painted in deep reds and browns with a pattern of green glowing paint making just enough light to comfortably illuminate all of the rooms with gentle light.
Exterior
The mound above his home is thin and long. On the long North side there are two circular windows carved into the side of the mound with a door between them that faces the Koo Lake. The door itself is a frame made of neatly carved animals with two thick bison hide curtains. An ornate hem wround the edge is made from a yutsu thread that attracts the other curtain to keep them closed
Tethered near by there is a large durigible that Noosoo uses to increase the range of his daso station. It is powered by solar scales that are the color of a clear sky.
Covering the whole mound and the surounding environs is a lush garden where the ornimental flowers are mixed with the vegetables. The garden is tended to by Mana.
wants to hob nob because he saw what it caould get him in the ways of information to help him and his family. He wants to hold onto power. He pushes people down in order to get that. He goes after alcohol competetors. Mana and Noosoo are both very into their work and have less knowledge of each other's lives. Mana wanted to change course and slow down for the sake of their relationship, but Noosoo keeps putting it off. Unadressed issues.
Noosoo is enamored with the physical world. Wants to change the world. Uses walk the black to acheive physical world problem solving. Isn't interested in what the black itself is. Maybe make him confront it.
Daso Noosoo is down since 719 trickles to nothing.
What do with Sokati daso partner? He comes around. They're still friends. His partner is using Noosoo for favors, but they do like each other. They are buds. Noosoo doesn't really ask much in return besides company. Hangs out with him more often then he does with Mana because Sokati comes to the bar
