Shining Star Abilities and Stats:
Shining Star: you see why he's called the shining Star. He can spend 4 MP to give everyone in medium range a +2 SN to any check involving sight. He's shining. I think that's pretty clear. But the light is a deep red.
Taunt: if he succeeded at a hot he it allows him to deal 1 spirit damage as a secondary action
Enlightened Staff: a +5 melee weapon filled with corrupted Adanadi that on a double crit gets onto the targets skin and makes it so they can't use their ability until they pass a SN 10 check rolling current MP

War Mechanics:
Each side rolls something for attack and the number of soldiers who die is the success x10.
The horizon gun has a cool down
armies and forces are split into groups that each have dice pools for different stats. Offense, defense, Tongaa Dine army might have 100 troops who aren't well trained, so they can shoot, but they can't sneak and can't respond easily to communication changes. The communication is it's own stat that effects the SN of their future attacks. Agatha rangers will have a better sneak, but would get destroyed by an army. A big army might have a lot of body, but will be easier to hit. Their spirit determines their resolve to keep fighting.
need cool weapons from Tongaa, but mostly they are bad at using them. Nidineta would be the weapons experts and pilots as would Cahokia.
List of army skills and abilities
they still have body mind and spirit: basically HP, Comms, and moral.
if comms are delayed, the army will take the same action as before. If they are fully disrupted, armies will take huge disadvantages, while rangers, etc won't.
ranged: almost everyone has this, but artillery specifically has ranged. Targeting specific things comes with a higher sn, but better tactical value.
unarmed: dense armies close to the other army are good at this
stealth: big armies can use limited stealth up until they've been discovered
deception: for every group, but armies are trash at it
knowledge: this is for commanders assessing the battlefield and small groups
piloting: for flying troops
tracking: only for smaller groups
communication roll for ever command.
Armies also have a density. How close they are to each other. This determines the SN for ranged weapons. This will probably just be baked into their PD.
Groups like the rangers will have smaller groups, or even individuals, as will the assassins
Army abilities:
charge
focus fire
All equipment has HP, and some have MP for if they can be manipulated through hacking
Give an initiative to each group with their commander as well as one for each independent actor including NPCs
Communications is wrapped up into mental damage. The ability to think independently is tied to the penalty they take to the SN.
Individual
Golems :only some of the armies have women and they will confuse a company or higher into thinking that they are on the side of Dine if they aren't running directly at them
Commanders: people like pithan and tawi chiya who are in control of armies. Killing them will deal significant Spirit AND Mental Damage
Pack - 5: these groups have specialized skills and can work independently. Ride or die: Mind , Body , Spirit , PD , MD 13, SD 13

Squad - 50: more agile and responsive but easily to intimidate/low SP. Understand their mission and can make independent decisions with commanders who fight at the front of the squad: Mind , Body , Spirit , PD , MD , SD
Company - 100 just kind of in the middle. Command stays close, but in the back: Mind , Body , Spirit , PD , MD , SD
Battalion - 500 very slow to react with massive HP, but very susceptible to AOE attacks and being confused or manipulated since they have no autonomy. : Mind , Body , Spirit , PD , MD , SD
Legion - 1,000 infantry. Meat grinder level of skill, but devastating to infrastructure and civilians. Almost incapable doing anything outside of main goal. : Mind , Body , Spirit , PD , MD , SD
