Ezcan Empire

Located in the land south of the Rio Thanka. It was the aggressor in The All Tribes War, starting in Dine Republic before spreading to the rest of Makasing, Abayang and Abazang.

It is rumored that the Emperor is ill and has made a deal with The Shining Star to become heir to his throne if he can conquer The Free Lands.
