Yutsu Lift Technology
This technology powers most of the vehicles in Makasing and many around the world. It works by applying an electromagnetic field to Adanadi tissue suspended in a vacuumed ring, which then emits negative gravitons. At- tached to the bottom of a vehicle, it allows for it to hover and main- tain a constant elevation by push- ing off from the ground below it. Larger engines found on barges are able to lift heavy cargo vessels high enough that they can clear tree tops. Yutsu is a common slang word used to describe a number of vehicles that use the technology and is a catch-all term for what- ever vehicle someone might mean in the context of their sentence. It might refer to a train, a sled, a per- sonal mobility vehicle (or PMV) for the disabled, a barge, or any number of other vehicles whose primary power is yutsu tech. Yutsu technology is also responsi- ble for powering mag-bows, mod- ern plumbing, and a host of other things that benefit from a reduc- tion in gravity and therefore weight or drag.
Yutsu Pit
Advances in Yutsu technology, recovered from Dine sources, led to the development of the Yutsu pit, greatly expanding its applications. It is now used to support satellites in the atmosphere, accelerate projectiles to high speeds, and remove Kayazan from ill patients. Yutsu also powers drones and controls Boza Koowoo and Kah Sikugami—with Boza Koowoo being like holograms made of Kah Sikugami liquid.
